Adrian leads the Woodco business, overseeing all operations, strategy, and growth across biomass, solar, and emerging technologies. He is focused on driving commercial scale, product innovation, and long-term value, while strengthening Woodco’s position as a trusted provider of low-carbon energy solutions.

With over 20 years’ experience in energy, engineering, and climate tech, Adrian has scaled clean technology businesses and led international operations across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Woodco, he was Chief Commercial Officer at NEG8 Carbon, where he helped commercialise next-generation Direct Air Capture systems. He holds a PhD in Engineering, an MBA, and is a Chartered Engineer.

As Commercial Director, Ger leads Woodco’s biomass boiler sales across key international markets, including the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, and mainland Europe. A founding member of the business, he plays a central role in shaping commercial strategy and expanding the company’s global footprint.

Ger brings over 20 years’ experience in the renewable heat sector and is a long-time advocate for bioenergy’s role in decarbonising heat. He also serves as a Director and Vice President of the Irish Bioenergy Association, making him a respected and authoritative voice in the Irish and UK biomass markets.

Gerard manages Solarco’s commercial, agricultural, and industrial solar PV sales, focusing on delivering tailored renewable energy systems that reduce costs and carbon emissions. He brings a strong customer-first approach and is committed to providing practical, results-driven energy solutions.

Since joining Solarco in 2021, Gerard has built a reputation for trust, credibility, and technical knowledge. He has a strong track record in commercial solar markets and is passionate about helping clients transition to clean, accessible, and scalable energy alternatives.

Satya oversees the design, delivery, and technical execution of commercial and utility-scale solar installations for SolarCo. He ensures that every project is completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with the highest Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.

With over eight years’ experience in the solar PV industry, Satya has managed projects across Ireland, Australia, and India. He holds a Master’s in Solar Energy Systems, is a Chartered Engineer in the Electrical Division, and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute.

Ger is responsible for the financial leadership of Woodco, overseeing strategic planning, risk management, human resources, and financial operations. He plays a key role in ensuring the long-term financial health of the business and identifying growth opportunities through sound fiscal management.

A qualified Chartered Certified Accountant with an MBA, Ger has over 30 years’ experience in finance, including building high-performing teams and leading mergers and acquisitions. He has successfully developed multiple start-up ventures from the ground up and brings deep expertise in navigating complex, fast-moving industries.

Terrie leads Woodco’s customer service and administration teams, streamlining operations and ensuring an outstanding experience at every stage of the customer journey. She is committed to resolving issues efficiently and implementing strategies that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

With over 25 years’ experience in senior management roles across multiple industries, Terrie brings deep expertise in service delivery, team leadership, and operational improvement. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and is known for her customer-focused mindset and strategic thinking.

As Marketing Manager, Conor is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase engagement, drive brand visibility, and generate results across Woodco’s renewable energy solutions. He also manages domestic biomass sales and supports cross-functional growth initiatives.

Conor joined Woodco in 2022 and has extensive experience in sales and marketing. He completed training in International Bioenergy Heating in Wels, Austria, and is passionate about helping customers replace fossil fuels with affordable, low-carbon energy technologies.

Julian is an accomplished Solar Project Manager with extensive experience leading renewable energy projects from initial design through construction and final handover. He excels in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. With a strong technical foundation and proven leadership skills, Julian consistently delivers high-quality solar projects that meet client expectations and contribute to sustainable energy goals.

Sean is a Solar PV Project Manager with a strong background in commercial scale solar installations. He specialises in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.. Known for his ability to align technical teams, contractors, and stakeholders, Sean ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Ger is a skilled Solar PV Electrician with hands-on experience installing, testing, and maintaining commercial solar systems. Known for his precision and problem-solving abilities, Ger is on hand to keep solar pv systems performing to their maximum and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Dario is a dedicated member of the Accounts team, specialising in financial management, bookkeeping, and compliance. Dario liaises directly with the customer to ensure a smooth transition between sales and project management.

Michal plays a key role in our sales team as a Sales Support Executive. With strong organisational and communication skills, he assists in managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations. Known for his proactive approach and attention to detail, Michal helps deliver excellent service and build lasting client relationships.
